Often, products need to be secured or protected within a box, and there are various material solutions to consider. Corrugated inserts are well-suited for use in boxes and also enhance the impression of a sustainable packaging solution.

When showcasing a product or making it stand out in the packaging, it’s important to create contours and elevations in the insert to ensure the product stays in place and looks appealing when the box is opened.

Since all corrugated packaging is designed and manufactured in 2D, you need to consider that the insert will need to be folded and assembled by yourself before placing it in the box.

If you have multiple products to place inside, the insert becomes more complex and challenging to fold. Therefore, corrugated inserts are typically best suited for single products that are not particularly heavy.
